Trees of Life — celebrating a loved one.
Chapters Health System offers an opportunity to honor an individual who has touched your life in a special way. We invite you to celebrate their life by purchasing a leaf or stone on the Tree of Life, an elegant display in our Chapters Health Hospice lobbies. Your friend or loved one's name will be inscribed on a solid bronze leaf or stone and placed on the tree. It will serve both as a tribute to your loved one and as a symbol of life. Your caring can be expressed through the following tax-deductible gifts:
