A choice of ways to give — each appreciated by Chapters Health.
Because we all like to give in our own special way, Chapters Health System offers a variety of giving opportunities. And you are welcome to designate your donation specifically to any company or program within our organization.
Gifts in memory or in honor of a loved one - an excellent way to cherish a special person or an important life event, such as a birthday or anniversary. Gifts may also be made in tribute to Chapters Health employees or volunteers who are especially appreciated for their service.
Trees of Life - the centerpieces of our Auburndale, Lakeland, Sebring, Sun City Center, Tampa and Temple Terrace offices and hospice house lobbies. Individual or combined gifts of $1,000 or more are a lasting tribute and are acknowledged with a golden leaf or stone on the tree of your choice. For more information, click here.
Bricks of Celebration and Honor - a permanent part of the history of a Chapters Health Hospice House. Visitors, patients and their families who visit the garden will admire each remembrance. The Shining Star Program - allows patients and families to recognize the Chapters Health caregivers who made a difference in their care. Each Shining Star will receive a lapel pin as a memento of the thoughtful gift. All donations support the patients and families Chapters Health serves. Unrestricted gifts - support areas of need as they are recognized are equally appreciated. Although gifts in memory or in tribute are common, you may choose to make an outright tax-deductible contribution to Chapters Health.
Matching gifts - often available from your company of employment, even if you’re retired. Contact the human resources department at your local corporate office to learn if your gift to Chapters Health is eligible for matching funds.
Planned gift opportunities - available for individuals who wish to make a gift that will benefit Chapters Health at a future date. There are several plans available, including gift arrangements that offer lifetime incomes, as well as tax advantages, for the donors.
